An approved Direct Dealer purchases products directly from Helinox for resale to an individual End-User. In any state where there is an applicable sales tax, you must have an account which is used to periodically pay sales tax revenues to your state tax authority. We do not need info on this account.

Rather, we need a copy of your Resale Tax Exemption Certificate. This is the document that allows Electrolux to forgo charging you sales tax on direct, wholesale purchases.

When you select "All transactions are exempt..." below, you must upload a copy of the "Resale Certificate" or "Resale Tax Exemption Certificate" used by your state (with Electrolux Home Products, Inc. named as the Seller if applicable) or Electrolux will charge you, the Reseller, sales tax.
